Your questions
A little clarity before we meet.
About consultations, your plan and getting started.
Where should I start?
A free 15-minute introductory call is a good place to begin. Tell us what you are looking for, ask your questions and get a feel for how we work. You can also go straight to a first consultation.
What happens in a consultation?
We talk about your health history, what is bothering you and what a typical week looks like. Together we choose practical priorities. Your personalised written plan follows within seven days.
Can we meet online?
Yes. In-person and online consultations offer the same time, attention and written plan, at the same fee. For a video appointment, find a comfortable, private spot where you can talk freely.
How much does it cost?
The introductory call is free. Your first consultation is £185 for 90 minutes; follow-ups are £105 for 45 minutes. See fees and packages for everything included.
Will I need supplements or tests?
Your plan starts with food and everyday habits. If herbs, supplements or a test are worth considering, we explain the purpose and cost together so you can decide.
How do follow-ups work?
We usually meet again after four to six weeks. Bring your observations and questions: we will review what has been useful, work through any difficulties and adjust the plan together.
Can I come if I already take medication?
Yes. Please include your medicines and supplements in your questionnaire so recommendations can take them into account. Keep your GP involved and continue prescribed treatment; changes to medication belong with your prescriber.
What should I bring?
Your questions, a list of medicines and supplements, and any recent results or letters you would like to discuss. We send a health questionnaire beforehand to help you gather your thoughts.
Can I use health insurance?
Cover varies by policy and practitioner. Check with your insurer before booking; a consultation receipt can be provided.
Can I move my appointment?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Later cancellations and missed appointments are charged in full. See our booking terms.
What is naturopathy?
A broad approach to wellbeing that brings together nutrition, lifestyle and traditional practices. Our consultations focus on understanding your daily life and creating individual recommendations you can put into practice.
How many appointments will I need?
We discuss this together, based on your priorities and how much support you would like. You can book appointments individually or choose the 12-week Foundation package for a first consultation and two follow-ups.
Can I ask about pregnancy or children's appointments?
Please ask during an introductory call so we can confirm the right practitioner and appointment for your circumstances.
How are my details handled?
The demo form does not send or store your entries. When the practice opens, the clinic will provide its booking and privacy information before collecting your details. See the privacy page.
