Our recommendations

Understand your plan. Choose with confidence.

Good advice comes with an explanation. We make time for the why as well as the how.

Practical foundations

Food, movement, sleep and rest are central to our work. We help you explore these in the context of your own life and choose changes that feel achievable.

Thoughtful recommendations

When we suggest a change, we explain what it is intended to support, why we are considering it and how we will review it. Where a recommendation draws on traditional use or has limited research, we discuss that with you.

Space for your questions

You are welcome to ask about the evidence, alternatives, cost or practicalities of anything in your plan. Decisions about additional tests, herbs or supplements are made together.

Looking after the whole picture

Your medicines, existing care and personal circumstances guide what is appropriate. Herbs and supplements can interact with medication, so suitability is reviewed before a recommendation is made.

Medical diagnosis and treatment remain with your GP or specialist. If a concern needs their attention, we explain the next step and can share information with your consent.

Reviewing what works for you

At follow-up we talk about your experience, review your priorities and adapt the plan. It should continue to make sense for your life as things change.
